• What are the cash prizes?

  

  Spotter will award one grand prize winner $20,000 USD plus a free one-year Spotter Studio Membership, and five additional runner-up prizes of $1,000 USD plus a free one-year Spotter Studio Membership. These prizes are non-transferrable.

• Is there a limit to how many times I can enter?

  

  You can only create one Spotter Studio Membership organization for your YouTube channel. The Spotter Studio account admin is the only one eligible to win.
  
  But, your chances of winning go up every new Brainstorm you save as a Project! The more completed Projects you create the more chances you have to win. For example, if you have one completed project you will be entered once, if you have two you will be entered twice. Ideate more and improve your odds.

• How do I enter the holiday giveaway?

  

  Entrance is available to any current and new Spotter Studio Members, and entering is very simple:
  
  No purchase is necessary to enter.
  ‍

  • Existing members who have completed at least one “Brainstorm” saved as a “Project” are automatically eligible.
  • New members must enroll in a free trial for Spotter Studio and complete a new “Brainstorm” saved as a “Project”.
  • The more new “Projects” you create the more chances you have to win. For example if you have one completed project you will be entered once, if you have two you will be entered twice.

• How will I know if I won?

  

  The randomized drawing from the pool of eligible participants will take place on January 7, 2025 and we will email you within 7 days using the email you used to sign up for Spotter Studio. You will be emailed directly if you won. 

• Can I still participate in the giveaway if I’m in a free trial?

  

  Yes, you can still be in the drawing for a giveaway during your free trial. No purchase is necessary to enter.

• What are the eligibility requirements?

  

  In order to be eligible for the Program, Participants must meet for the following criteria: 
  ‍

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must be the official account administrator of the YouTube channel associated with the Spotter Studio account.
  • Employees of Spotter, Inc., and/or its affiliates and their immediate family members, and currently contracted Spotter Partners, Affiliates, and Funded Creators are not eligible to participate in the Program.
  • Individuals who sign up for a free trial of Spotter Studio between 12:01am PST 11/25/24 to 12/31/2024 11:59pm PST and any then-current Spotter Studio Members are eligible as long as they abide by the “How to Enter” instructions.

• What if I don’t respond to the winning notification?

  

  If the winner doesn’t respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.

• How will I receive the cash prize?

  

  Cash prizes will be wired directly through a secure wire transfer to the winners. We will ask the winners to confirm specific details including a government issued ID, a bank account, and other information to confirm identity and destination for the payment. The cash amount will be based on USD and the rate of currency exchange at the time of the transfer. 

• Do I need to pay taxes on the prize?

  

  Taxes on winnings are the responsibility of the winner. If tax obligations apply, consult with a tax professional.

• Who is Spotter Studio for?

  

  Spotter Studio is purpose-built for YouTube Creators. At this time Spotter Studio works only for Creators with:

  • A YouTube channel
  • At least one public video of more than one minute (that means Spotter Studio will currently not work for Creators who only have YouTube Shorts)
  • In the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and all EU countries
  • English language content
