Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and have an active account with Spotter Studio.  

1.1 The Program is only open to primary Spotter Studio account holders - individuals who have access via “additional seats” are not eligible. 

1.3 Employees of Spotter, Inc., and/or its affiliates and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.

2. Referral Rewards

2.1 Referrers are eligible to receive a $100 credit for each qualifying referral when a Referee meets all Program requirements.  Eligible referees will also receive a $100 credit. 

2.2 Referral rewards are limited to a maximum of five (5) referrals for annual memberships and five (5) referrals for monthly memberships on a rolling twelve (12) month basis.  

2.3 Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

3. Referral Process

3.1 Referrers must share their unique referral link/code with the Referee.

3.2 The Referee must use the Referrer’s link/code when creating their account or making their first qualifying purchase.

4. Qualifying Referral

4.1 A referral is considered "qualified" when the Referee completes their enrollment in a Spotter Studio free trial within thirty (30) days of receiving the referral link/code. 

4.2 Referees must be new customers to qualify; existing or returning customers are not eligible.  

4.3 The Referee must remain in good standing with Spotter Studio for at least 30 days after their free trial enrollment for the referral to qualify.

5. Prohibited Actions

5.1 Referrers may not use SPAM or other unsolicited methods to distribute their referral link.

5.2 Referrals made through fraudulent, illegal, or unethical practices will be disqualified.

5.3 Referrers may not create multiple accounts or use fake information to qualify for additional rewards.

6. Program Changes

6.1 Spotter Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Changes to the Program will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Terms. 

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Spotter Studio and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected referrals due to network, technical, or other issues.

7.2 Spotter Studio reserves the right to withhold or invalidate any rewards issued under the Program for any reason.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of California.
