Collaborate with the Greats Terms and Conditions
1. Sponsor Information
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Spotter Studio Collaborate with the Greats Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, both Spotter Memberships, LLC ("Spotter Studio") and the participant ("Participant") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary in order to participate in the Program. Free trialists can participate in the Program even if they cancel their Spotter Studio subscriptions prior to conversion to a paid subscription. Existing, paying Spotter Studio subscribers can participate in the Program even if they cancel their Spotter Studio subscription subsequent to entry.
3. Prizes
Nine (9) Participants will be selected as winners to be offered the following prizes (“Prizes”):
- Travel to LA to meet with other winners and collaborate with the expert creators (“Experts”) listed below on ideas and the ideation process. Potentially get your ideas “roasted.”
Spotter Studio will book and cover the costs for: one (1) round trip economy ticket to LAX airport and two (2) nights stay in a hotel located in Los Angeles, California. - Hero Roundtable on April 24, 2025: Group collaboration event lasting up to 8 hours with Experts: Colin and Samir, Jon Youshaei, and Aprilynne Alter. Exact location is TBD.
- Timeline: The Hero Roundtable will be held on a date to be determined between April 21 and April 25, 2025.
4. Eligibility
In order to be eligible for the Program, Participants must meet for the following criteria:
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must be the primary account holder of the Spotter Studio membership.
- Employees of Spotter, Inc., and/or its affiliates and their immediate family members, and currently contracted Spotter Studio Partners and Affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Program.
- Must satisfy the “How to Enter” criteria within the “Entry Period.
5. Entry Period
- 12:00pm PST 3/5/25 to 3/31/25 10:00pm PST
6. How to Enter
- Within the Entry Period above, Participants must navigate to the Projects section of Spotter Studio and create multiple Ideas.
- After multiple Ideas are created, Participants must select one Idea and click Share to Expert.
7. Winner Selection, Notification and Payment of Prizes.
- Nine (9) winners shall be selected from eligible Participants by a subjective determination of Spotter Studio’s Experts.
- Winner selection shall occur on or shortly after April 1, 2025.
- The nine (9) winners will be notified via the email they used to sign up for Spotter Studio.
- If a Winner is from the US they shall be required to provide Spotter Studio with a form of government identification, bank account details, and a W-9 in order to receive the Prizes.
- If a Winner is from a non-US country they shall be required to provide Spotter Studio with a form of government identification (e.g. Passport of European ID) and a W-8BEN in order to receive the Prizes.
- If the Winner doesn’t respond to direct email within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be chosen.
8. Odds of Winning
- The odds of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received and the quality of Participant’s ideas as selected by Spotter Studio’s Experts.
9. Liability Release
- Spotter Studio and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected sign-ups due to network, technical, or other issues.
- Spotter Studio reserves the right to withhold or invalidate any prizes issued under the Program for any reason.
- Spotter Studio is not obligated to pay and provide payment with respect to any tax liability incurred by Participant.
10. Privacy Policy
11. Disqualification
- Participants may not use software or automated tools to create “Projects.”
- Participants may not submit more than one official entry via clicking “Share to Enter” - doing so will result in the disqualification of Participant with respect to all entries.
- Entries made through fraudulent, illegal, or unethical practices will be disqualified.
- Participants may not create multiple accounts or use fake information to qualify for additional rewards.
12. Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of California.
- Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules & Procedures. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, California, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction
13. Program Changes
- Spotter Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Changes to the Program will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Terms.
